As the summer dwindles to an end, high school is around the bend. Are any of you concerned about freshman year?

heyyy mr.g and ms.carr hows your summer? i am just really nervous that i am going to get lost! i have absoloutley no sense of direction so i will need some help. and i am nervous about making the soccer team and balancing it all out with school work. but besides that i am ready to go!!!
Hey mr.g and ms.carr hows your summer been, I hope you have had as much fun as I have.Jess i agree with you, im worried about getting lost too.I also feel the same way about balancing sports and school work.I dont know If can play football and get good grades in highschool, but i hope I can do great in both.This summer has been so much fun,but i cant wait to see everyone again when school starts.
Well I found out a little while ago that I'm deffinitely going to Shawnee. & everyday I think about it for so long, because this summer I did so much to get my life going so well & right now it is because I've made some major changes. I'm so nervous. I'll know no one really & I can't figure out if this is the right thing, but the worse part is, is knowing I can never go back to Seneca. In the end I guess I'll just have to hope for the best & hope everything goes okay. I'm so nervous now, but I know as soon as I get used to it there everything will be okay, everything will always work out in the end.
The thing I am probably most nervous about is trying to keep the friends I have now. I know that I'm not gonna have a class with all of them. Were gonna be meeting new people, making new friends and I have a couple I don't wanna loose touch with.
i dont really have that many concerns about the whole making friends thing. because i have played so many sports since i was young with kids from tabernacle and south hampton. so hopefully that shouldnt be a problem. but getting lost is always a big factor. it isnt just 2 hallways like imms. sooooo i think that is my only concern. So nice to see you miss carr at the dairy bar haha. and still missing you mr g.
I am really worried about getting lost, forgetting my locker combination, making all the sports teams I want, and the whole lunch setup and if there will be people I know in the period or whatever it called that I'm in. Not really worried about the people in the classes but how hard they are because I really want good grades this year. So basically I have worries in every aspect of the whole freshman year thing...

I'm nervous, verrrrry nervous. More about not doing well because there's such a difference in classes. I'm not soo worried about being shoved in a locker haha and I don't plan on getting into anyones wayy. I'm excited for Seneca, but I suuuure will miss middle school and room 211(:

Hey Ms carr and Mr G!! I guess im a little nervous about high school but who isnt? i know that I will survive. Honestly without 211 though, I wouldnt have been so sure and im seriously not just saying that. I am getting excited lately and i actually cant wait for it to start! The new experience will be good. New people = new friends and there are lots of arts programs for me to try. I think that High School will be a good thing for me :) ~Jenna~

I'm so glad that the majority of you are only worried about getting lost! I promise you, you guys will know that building in no time. :) Remember 50 or so people have your back so seek them/us out. Looking forward to hearing about those first days. Ms. Carr
I am very proud to say that I did not get lost on my first day!!!! We have our first game for freshman soccer against Shawnee tomorrow! I'm so pumped! I promise to come visit sometime soon!!!!!
